Film Acting & Production

Learn the art of film acting, script writing & production by working hands on with professional filmmakers. Students will work on film acting techniques and exercises to strengthen their performance abilities in front of camera, as well as learning to create their own characters and writing original films. No prior experience necessary and all ages are welcome!

Improvisational Comedy

Learn improvisational tools and methods taught at schools like The Groundlings, UCB, Second City, etc. Be a part of a comedy improv team and learn to perform in front of an audience! Enhance socialization skills, gain confidence and self esteem while performing in front of an audience, working better with a group and becoming part of a team and most importantly, having fun and laughing...a lot. No prior experience necessary and all ages are welcome!

Voice Acting

Learn the tools that professional voice actors use, find the colors of your voice and free the different parts of yourself that live inside you. Meet new friends who love the same cartoons as you, while getting guidance from professional voice over coaches. Enhance socialization skills as well as learn how to create a demo reel, create your own characters and record yourself to tape for auditions. No prior experience necessary and all ages are welcome!

Intro to Documentary Filmmaking

Learn how to tell your own story through the process of documentary filmmaking! Class will be led by autism advocate, Alex Plank, professional filmmaker, actor and founder of www.wrongplanet.net)  Also basic editing will be led by autistic filmmaker and editor Ben Avchen. Come learn from professionals about the art of storytelling and evolve your artistic ideas! No prior experience necessary and all ages are welcome!
