Career Prep Program

Spec Labs is excited to announce the launch of our Career Prep program this fall!

​

In this 10-week program, you will receive personalized coaching from one of our two experienced entertainment mentors, Chloe Estelle and Lillian Carrier. With the guidance of your mentor, you will work to create meaningful career goals and take concrete steps towards achieving them! This new program is perfect for all kinds of artists who are interested in building their portfolio, broadening their professional presence, and finding work in the entertainment industry.

Online and in-person options are available, depending on what best suits the client.

The Career Prep Program can work along with your self determination budget for funding.

Price is TBD on specific persons goals and schedule.

Dates are TBD, we will work with your schedule!

1 hour sessions weekly for 10 weeks is recommended to begin.

This class can be ongoing after the initial 10 week course.

Lillian Carrier

Chloe Estelle

Lillian Carrier is an autistic actor known for the recurring role of Drea in "Everything's Gonna Be Okay", has a few Guest Star Credits, and most recently Stars in the movie "Horsegirls" that premiered at Tribeca. She founded the non profit Ourtism that lasted for 8 years where she was in charge of the social programs. She has also worked as an autism sensitivity coordinator on professional sets and with musicians recording albums. She's lived the experience and would love to share her knowledge and skills with those trying to make the leap turning art into a career.

Chloe Estelle studied film at Woodbury University and Sarah Lawrence. She was an autism sensitivity coordinator on "Everything's Gonna Be Okay", "As We See It", and "Horsegirls." Chloe founded a nonprofit called OurTism that lasted for 8 years, she was known for being an autism coach. Chloe is autistic herself, bringing her lived experience and expertise to her Career Coaching. Currently she is an autistic mentor for Neuro Affirm Academy, A contributor to the book Autism, Family, and You, and a Career Coach for Spectrum Laboratory.
